Publication Bias in universities

We all know about the conflict of interest which exists in modern medical research in which scientists are biased towards presenting findings that are skewed towards what their paymasters want to hear.  If Pfizer pays someone to research the safety and efficacy of their new drug, chances are unusually high that results will be positive about the drug, and tend to hide any downsides.

I have known about this for a while, but the video below talks about a newly discovered bias in scientific journals in which good news is more often published than bad news, which tends to hide negative effects of drugs (because they never are published and see the light of day).  This can be very dangerous because dangers in pharmaceuticals are often hidden in unpublished studies.
