Some recent studies have come out stating that organic food is not more nuitritional that conventional food. Looking beyond the conflicts of interest which about in such studies, the primary reason to eat organic is to avoid pesticides, chemicals, GMOs, and to get the good natural soil bacteria. None of these benefits are mentioned by such studies. People need to keep in mind that organic has benefits that go beyond simple nutritional content.
